{"id":1518,"date":"2022-04-19T16:11:47","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T16:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/duransilvasamano.com\/?p=1518"},"modified":"2022-04-19T16:11:50","modified_gmt":"2022-04-19T16:11:50","slug":"noticias-fiscales-2022-54-sat-criterios-generales-acerca-del-sistema-automatico-de-devoluciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/duransilvasamano.com\/en\/noticias-fiscales-2022-54-sat-criterios-generales-acerca-del-sistema-automatico-de-devoluciones\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTICIAS-FISCALES-2022-54 SAT \/ Criterios generales acerca del Sistema Autom\u00e1tico de Devoluciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>18\/Abr\/2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sistema Autom\u00e1tico de Devoluciones es una facilidad aplicable a las personas f\u00edsicas que presenten su Declaraci\u00f3n Anual 2021 y que determinen saldo a favor del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR), siempre que opten por ejercer esta devoluci\u00f3n hasta el d\u00eda 31 de julio de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los criterios generales que se consideran en dicho proceso son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dep\u00f3sitos de las primeras devoluciones autorizadas se han visto reflejados durante la segunda semana del mes de abril de 2022. Esto aplica para todas las personas f\u00edsicas que presenten declaraci\u00f3n normal o complementaria del ejercicio fiscal 2021 y se sit\u00faen en los siguientes supuestos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Env\u00eden su declaraci\u00f3n de forma electr\u00f3nica ya sea con Contrase\u00f1a o firma electr\u00f3nica (e.firma).<\/li><li>El importe a devolver mediante el Sistema Autom\u00e1tico de Devoluciones sea menor o igual a 150 mil pesos.<\/li><li>Confirmen su n\u00famero de cuenta bancaria CLABE, la cual deber\u00e1 estar a nombre de la persona contribuyente.
